What does the whole thing cost?+
The AI audit and deployment start at 990 € one-time. Long-term partnership is a monthly plan - Start from 190 €, Growth from 390 €, Enterprise custom. Larger development is priced per project. On top of that come running costs based on the solution you pick after the audit - for example fees for AI tools and the server. These are usually low, and we always cost them out in advance, so you know the exact figure before you start.
What exactly do I get for 990 €?+
An audit of your processes (roughly 10 hours of work with your team, online or on-site), deployment of one AI solution from our standard stack (for example company memory, an AI assistant for a specific role, or document automation), and team training. Done within 2-3 weeks.
What if I need more than one solution?+
We quote a larger scope individually. You get a fixed price up front after a free consultation, and the audit is part of the project.
Where is our data and who can access it?+
We process data within the EU, in line with GDPR, and we don't use it to train public models.
How soon will we actually see something?+
We usually deploy the first working version within 2-3 weeks of your order.
Do we need our own IT department for this?+
No. You provide access to the data; the design, deployment, and operations are entirely on us.
What exactly does the monthly plan cover?+
We manage the AI server, monitor it, run backups, handle security and tool upgrades, and we're available for consulting. We track new trends for you so your tools are always current.
